Terrible my 2 deer have been there since 1 18 26 it's now 3 20 26 and been told at least 2 weeks more no idea of price and my meat has been frozen thawed frozen and thawed frozen again and thawed so how's that healthy good luck to whoever is planning on going there longest I've ever had to wait is 3 weeks and that's in the middle rush of deer season
First time using this processor on a 2024 buck and I can’t get past the amount of bone shards in EVERY packet of ground deer meat that I have cooked. I understand that this happens sometimes but I find several pieces in every package to the point that I only serve this to my household. It’s really disappointing and makes you lose your appetite. Thought I’d give them a try on my first deer hunt his season. Glad I did. The slim Jim’s are the best I’ve had and everyone that trii d them loved it. Haven’t tried the boudin or chorizo yet but impressed that they even made it, many do not.
