please make sure to talk to residents before moving here. The L building laundry has roaches, the d building has roaches for last two years. The area around f building floods bad ever year. There is even a news report from 17/18 about the flooding .The f building has rats and during the day there are rats running around the playground. If I could give this place a zero I totally would I have nothing but issues every time… I lived there for 4 years from bitchy management to not fixing things properly I had to get my roof in my bathroom fixed four times and then they left it with stucco on the ceiling in the sink on the toilet. When I first moved in there was a laundry unit right next to my apartment two months after I moved in it burned down they never fixed and or replaced the washer and dryers numerous vandalism on vehicles all the way to dumping a gallon... read more
Waiting more than 3 business days to recieve a refund from a deposit is unprofessional and inconsiderate, further to be met with an extremely aggressive and threatening email rather then customer service or responsibility.
