I have lived here for four years and my rent has increased by 50%, yes, that is FIFTY PERCENT since moving in. This community is corporate owned and in the last year they: eliminated guest facilities (you could rent vacant properties for a weekend for out of town friends and relatives) and provided a list of area hotels/motels, they eliminated the rental of the clubhouse for after hour parties (people used it for home based businesses, birthday parties and other celebrations- they even kicked out the church on Sundays!!) due... read more
