Lived there for a few years. Rent would randomly change in price, going up mid-year. Constant issues with appliances because they refused to replace. When I moved out, they charged me rent for times after I turned in keys. Would not recommend at all. Dealt with a lot of the issues, but charging for rent after keys were turned in is absurd. debating on taking them to court, if it would be worth it.
