Hey Jeep workers, how about dressing better?! Shocking how different the folks over at the Nissan section dress compared to you guys. They look so much more professional than you guys/girls. The one girl on the Jeep side was wearing a red shirt with no logo on her shirt saying Jeep! Would have never guessed she worked for Jeep if she didn't ask if I needed help.
The sales department was fine but honestly they ripped us off completely. Ended up trading our jeep that we bought from them because we kept having problems with the power steering but they kicked the can down the road until the warranty ran out then we buy a new wagoneer. Having electrical issues as well with the radio, navigation, screen that controls everything. I was over charged for my oil change, then they said they checked my power steering and it was fine. When I opened the hood once I got home the fluid level was clearly below the add line. I reached out to them about my issues and have not been contacted in anyway at all. I used to love going here but looks like customer service has really gone down hill.
Lost something behind my dashboard. Stopped in and they wouldn't even look at it. Guess they are too busy to help somebody out.
