This place can't stay in my good graces for very long. Unbelievable lack of customer service from the service department. Time to find a new Jeep dealer.
Came in for scheduled recall service. Was told would take between 4 hours and 4 weeks and that they had no loaner vehicle for me.

I've bought several cars from this dealership. Up until this point all my experiences have been positive. However during my most recent interactions I encountered resistance. Juan was friendly, accommodating, and very responsive. Very happy with the whole team and BCDCJR. Monthly price came in even lower than was quoted. Will definitely be calling Juan for my future vehicle needs.
