Right now I'm giving a two star rating. While the service manager was nice and professional, the time wasted on getting a new transmission while waiting on warranty adjuster is not acceptable. I'm three weeks without my truck and having to get a car rental. Dodge trucks don't have a great reputation for their transmissions, this should be an opportunity taken to go above and beyond, opportunity missed.
The service technicians at Beaver County Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep were very professional and expedient in the service that they provided. Upon arrival, the technicians took my car into the service bay within 15 minutes, thoroughly inspected my vehicle, and upon completion of the service they assured me that no other service was needed. Thank you for your professionalism and the expedient service!
I called down yesterday looking for more info on a truck they had on their website. Talked to Dom on the phone. He found what i was looking for, so i stopped down a few hours later. It was a quick, easy, no-pressure sale. Justin helped me out with finances, he was great to deal with as well. Best experience i've had at a dealership, i appreciate the help gentleman.
