All car salesmen are very nice and polite at first, but never forget what their game is or should I say, their hustle. They do their job, so you can't fault them there. But do I consider BCA any more helpful than any other dealership you could go to with some money and decent credit? Big no. In my personal experience, I would be on the phone with them, and they'll be calling on the other line. Ironically, neither person can really help me. (TBH, my credit is not great.)
