Arrogant Jerks at this Place & Demeaning to women everywhere F+++ This place is the worst when it comes to servicing your car. They freak-in lost my car and then proceeded to tell me it was because it was one number off from another very distinct same car make and model and color. Anyone believe that crap? Not a trustworthy place at all.
Jerry Hamm Chevrolet Inc is great! I was so pleased with the way I was treated the day I went to Jerry Hamm because the night before I went to the other place on cassat and received poor service from the sales person. Great price on the Silverado Truck ! We never really thought about shopping at the older Jerry Hamm Dealership on Phillips highway. Their showroom / facility are not as bright and shiny as those slick dealerships -- but that is because they now how to do things the old fashioned RIGHT way . NO SLICK STUPID sales men ....these salesmen have been there for 30+ years and know what they are doing. I want to start off by saying how disappointed we are with Beaver Chevrolet and their customer service when buying a used vehicle. On 3/2/2021 we purchased a vehicle at 7:33pm. Needless to say we were extremely rushed through the whole process because of how late it was. We didnt leave till around 9:30. They told us we could leave with the vehicle, however, we stated we could come back and get it since it had to be detailed, dents needed to be fixed and it wasnt a problem to come back. My daughter purchased a 2018 Dodge Journey in 2019 cute little car. Let me start with the salesman from back then whom had no clue what he was doing, whom wasn't employed there a couple months later. My honest review of them is it is a too good to be true kinda place. They acted so kind but they roped me into some Yo-Yo scam of theirs . Their business ethics were not their and acted very unethical. I thought I had purchased the vehicle of my dreams , as I had traded in a vehicle and provided almost $3,000 as a down payment. I had sign two contracts with them, had title and everything transfer into my name and was provided a monthly payment start date. Our staff has done everything we could based upon trying to acquire a loan for Jordan Olgetree. We were notified from the lending institution after delivering the vehicle that paystubs were falsified or did not pass their underwriting programs. So Beaver Chevrolet was forced to take the vehicle back. As we all know we are not in the business to take vehicles back in our industry. We will always do what we can to help our guests. My husband and I got a direct loan through our credit union and purchased a vehicle. We ended up not liking it and took it back 6 days later. We decided to apply through **because I was offered more discounts versus my own direct funding due to a sale that was going on. They ran my our credit 8 times without my knowledge or consent (9 total with **Financial). I thought we had to fund the loan thru ** in order to get all the discounts.
