While this won’t be the cheapest place to stay, your location to RMNP is unmatched. The facilities are well maintained and the service on site is good (we had a bathroom issue that was fixed promptly). The rooms are well equipped giving you the option of cooking meals in house if you prefer, and the little river path and patio on the river are a definite plus.

We stayed here in late May 2024 and we were pleasantly surprised. The condo was clean and spacious. We were on a ten-day vacation (two-days in Estes Park), so it was very convenient that laundry was in the condo (plus, they provided detergent pods and dryer sheets). Honestly, they thought of everything! The location was great, only 2-miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance, and just minutes from downtown Estes Park. Stayed here in March 2023. Location was great- easy access to Estes Park and the entrance to the Rocky Mountain NP was so close! Easy to walk across the street for great food and drinks! Rooms were spacious with great heaters and ACs. (The bathroom was freezing! Not sure why.) The porch was great with a view and furniture. Hot tubs were clean and offered a great view! Would definitely recommend!
