Great service by Lydia. Such a cute, cozy space too.
Daughter got her haircut. Stylist did not listen to her at all and cut it way too short. She was facing the back and could not see the front of her hair either when one of the discussions about the length to be cut. There was no customer service. I sat in the lobby for the hour. Was not offered any type of drink or even said hello too. Very disappointed. Went here for years... Gabby was my stylist and then Bria... both. did a splendid job on my hair, as well my moms and Grandsons.. now Simple hair cut with wash for me was $54.00 with no styling or blow dry wanted.( stylist paid Minimum wage) ..... Gabby moved and Bria, no longer employed there..... no call .. no notification that either left....by the salon.... Classless.
