Great service by Lydia. Such a cute, cozy space too.
Daughter got her haircut. Stylist did not listen to her at all and cut it way too short. She was facing the back and could not see the front of her hair either when one of the discussions about the length to be cut. There was no customer service. I sat in the lobby for the hour. Was not offered any type of drink or even said hello too. Very disappointed.
