They sent the wrong size and refuse to exchange for the correct size. Their policy seems to me is no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances - even if their own measurements were wrong. So I waited months and paid hundreds of dollars for a vent cover that does not fit and I cannot use.
We love all the stunning products that Beaux-Arts handcrafts. We have used their recessed light trims, HVAC grilles, and decorative products in multiple properties. They really are a one of a kind. Customer service is top notch. Would recommend to anyone looking at add unique design elements to their home or business.
A really nice product and great service. I was looking for a return air covering that looked nice in our older house. The Craftsman Style Grille worked out great. It’s sturdy, came packaged like a fine piece of art, and included installation hardware. I will buy from here again when the need arises.
This company offers quality products in a historic style. They really pay attention to every detail to create a beautiful product. The managers are responsive and very friendly. I highly recommend Beaux-Arts Classic Products. PS: they deliver worldwide!
