Excellent service and advice
It's worth going to South Melbourne market just to go to Beautyworks. They have the most extensive range of hair care products, the shop is so well laid out and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend it.

I ordered the cutest mini Kevin Murphy shampoos and conditioners and Kevin Murphy sprays. Unfortunately, some of the sprays were on the emptier side. I wrote into the website and got an email back. When I emailed my concerns, the Senior Manager Jane immediately called me. She had an Uber pick up the products of concern and immediately shipped out new ones.
