Zero stars for this retailer. The ordering process was easy and delivery was normal. However, the products I received were very old and unusable. For example, the vanilla hand cream was supposed to be white but was gold, and the perfume was old with hardly any scent. I know what these products are supposed to be like because I was just in Italy and saw them first hand. Don't buy from these people. They immediately say they've shipped a product in order to take your money, then a week later they still haven't actually shipped your order. Absolute worst customer service imaginable.

Fantastic products that I haven't seen since I left Sicily back in 1992. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are very helpful.
