I decided to try this company last year. I paid in advance for the year Feb. or March of 2023. I did not like their service so I was not going to renew. I notified them on Jan. 4, 2024 that I would not be renewing and was told they treated my yard on the 3rd and owed for that. I don't know if they did or not. Would not recommend. The 1st 3 visits they treated my front and back. On the 4th visit they only did the front. I called and they wouldnt come back and finish it properly. On the 5th visit I watched on camera as the technician pulled up. Walked to my door and out the bill on and never once looked at my grass or applied anything to it. I called for a manager. 2 months later (and after them calling me repeating to pay) I finally got I touch with manager **** who said he would cancel my account and take care of the bill. I would not recommend them. They came and sprayed my grass and killed it. It was healthy and green before they sprayed. It ain't Turnt green since and it's been months.

Beauty Lawn, Arlington TN killed my Japanese Maple tree. They had an employee last summer who repeatedly did a terrible job, killing a patch of grass approximately 5-6 feet from the base of my maple, with the chemicals which did eventually come back, but was brown all summer, and that employee was finally let go. I have no issues with my current technician. My maple tree is half dead and the manager at the Arlington office was unprofessional and uncaring about my tree stating the problem was the snow we had in February 2021 ... read more

I do not recommend working with a company who says that they will give notification before they arrive to spray, but actually come and spray without telling you anything. I do not recommend a company that will spray your EDIBLE GARDEN with an unknown chemical and then not try to help you when you call the rectify the situation. I don't not recommend a company whose customer service will overtalk you and transfer you elsewhere to avoid helping you. They could return phone calls. Been waiting 72 hrs and still no return call. The owner should clean house of the customer service dept. with service like that.

They do a great job at our home in Collierville! We use their weed control, shrub, and insect control.
