If you value your time and your money, look elsewhere. I booked 4 days in advance for a pre-holiday appointment and received three separate confirmations. Despite that, they cancelled on me one hour before, while I was already driving there. To make matters worse, they failed to process my refund for over two weeks. I had to chase them down, only to be told their staff 'forgot.' It’s scary to think that if I hadn't double-checked my bank statement, they would have just kept my payment. Totally unreliable service.
Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience and won’t be back to this salon. Early morning of my appointment (05.11.25 - 6:25am) I got an email saying that my appointment had been changed from Kiara F to Kristy - I still don’t know why it got changed as this hasn’t happened with a service here before. (I also assumed they’d notify a customer if they needed to change techs). Later that morning I got a text saying Kristy was unwell and had cancelled my appointment (7:53am).
