had went to Beauty fix Medspa (NYC) to get booty shots for a bbl on March 1, 2022 @ 4pm I was scheduled for March.2,2022 at 3pm but change my mind to do it a day early being truly excited about my bbl. I have gone to this place at least twice for Botox. Both times, they called to change my appointment. In late summer, I was asked to come about 45 minutes early, so they could leave and I skipped the gym, went early, only to wait more than 45 minutes to be treated. Went again tonight. Booked last week and then received an email my appt was pushed back 15 minutes. Ok. Then unsolicited, I get a call asking me to come early again. Please be careful with BeautyFix Med Spa I experienced a bad reaction to botox exactly 1 week ago and NO ONE was able to call me back?!NO ONE had the courtesy to check in with me like they said they would after I called, DMed, so clearly they do not care about their clients.

Working in Larchmont for the past 8 years in the beauty industry always speaking to my clients about Botox... Me... always interested but way to nervous.. 100% do not recommend this place unless you want to look like every one else on Instagram does. Nothing about this experience was unique or professional, just a waste of money. Actually regret even spending money here and not somewhere else. I felt like my aesthetician injector was not even comfortable performing the injections. She could not even give an honest opinion of how it looked when needed to be fixed.
