I just moved here and I’m so happy to see the salon so close to my house and so convenient! Ashley did my Brazilian, and trimmed my bangs. I had a wonderful experience with her and look forward to many more.
I booked an appointment for a haircut for my partner with Ashley, and it was actually the worst salon experience I have ever seen. Firstly, she was short with us and bordering on rude. She cut her hair shorter than was asked for (seemed like a mistake on Ashley's end) and was generally careless with the cut. She wanted a bob that was one length (and always wears a middle part), and one side is like an inch shorter at the front!
