I don't know how this place has so many good reviews. I initially sent an appointment request through the contact form on their website. After 3 days I hadn't heard back so I sent a direct email to the listed email address. I've received one response in the span of a week so I have no idea how people actually manage to get an appointment in order to be able to write positive reviews??
Lisa is by far my favourite lash artist in Toronto. I was sceptical about getting my lashes done again after having a horrible experience when I first moved here, but she made me fall in love with having them done all over again. I’ve been getting my lashes done in Ottawa for years now and have had multiple artists, and Lisa is most definitely one of the best I’ve ever had.
