Jeff has been doing my hair for years and I would follow him anywhere. He is an amazing colorist and stylist. I have the utmost trust in his skills and always give him free reign to do whatever he believes would be the best fit for me and inline with the current trends/styles. I highly recommend Jeff Taylor at J.Scott Salon.
Alena put tiger stripes in my hair , with black perm hair color , all I asked for is blonde /red /brown highlights, (started off with light blonde hair , clearly has not clue , will not go back
