My second time here as a student the girls were super welcoming as i walked in and super helpful in recommending products. I definitely recommend going due to the varieties and options in the many products they had to offer. Along with their great costumer service.
Worked with me on getting the wax i needed shipped quicker. Called me to update my order for something out of stock and gave me a discount code for my first order! Im more than pleased!
TLDR; Horrible customer service, lack of accountability, makes you pay for expedited shipping due to negligence on their behalf. Replacement order was damaged. They also fake reviews. Their 1-star responses are copy & pasted to make it seem like they are not the company that the reviewee is actually writing a review for.
