Openly made fun of the way I walked into the store. They mocked and imitated me because they thought I walked in a weird way. Such a weird thing to joke about. It was really unprofessional and unpleasant behavior, especially in a customer service setting. Aside from that, my brows turned out decent, but the experience left a bad impression.
Amazing!! Obsessed honestly such a sweet group of ladies and they always do my brows perfect!! I have trustworthy issues with my brows because they’re so full but they did the amazing Mashallah ❤️❤️ my go to!
Suni is amazing! I’ve been going to her for years and she truly knows what she’s doing when it comes to eyebrows. She always keeps my brows the perfect shape and makes them look natural and flattering for my face. She’s also quick and efficient, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend!
Every time I have had my eyebrows threaded, they have always been combed and wiped down…but not here. I don’t think more than 3 minutes was spent doing my brows (there were no other customers waiting). Sadly, my eyebrows were not threaded correctly, they were misshaped and sloppy. Maybe the threader was having an off day, or maybe she wasn’t good at her job. Without having a referral, its the chance we take. Happy Threading!
I am so happy with my experience at this place! I’m always a bit nervous about letting someone touch my eyebrows, but Sunny was a total professional. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and the shape is absolutely perfect. The studio was clean, welcoming, and the results speak for themselves. 10/10 recommend!
