I had a very bad experience today, the lady didn’t treat my eyebrows gently at all. After she was done I checked and saw my unibrow is not done properly and I made her do it again and I felt like she got offended and annoyed of me asking her to remove the hair she left out. She doesn’t know how to treat her customers gently and welcoming at all. She was really rough and even poked her finger in me eye. Never going back
She burnt my face while waxing. She did not even give me refund and she pretended as though nothing has happened and she sees nothing on my face.
