Today was an unpleasant experience. Today I bought $60 worth of human braiding hair. The hair was advertised at 16 inches long. When I came home to use the hair, the hair did not reflect what was on the packaging. I immediately took the hair back to the store to explain to them the dilemma, however they were not willing to give me a refund or accommodate me in anyway.
