I had a very disappointing experience. The trim was done poorly, my hair is also noticeably uneven and my ends are now in worse condition than before. The color matching was also inaccurate and did not turn out as requested. Overall, the experience level felt much closer to a beginner than an experienced professional. I value honesty and clear communication. If a stylist is unable to achieve a certain result, I would much rather be told upfront than have my hair used for experimentation. Jasmine is wonderful and I'm so glad I found her. I came to her with only a vague idea of what I wanted (pink!) and during the consultation she helped me figure out what would work best with my hair and level of upkeep. When she dyed my hair she was so patient and gentle I almost fell asleep during every step. I absolutely love how my hair looks now, and I've already recommended her to my coworkers. Jasmine was so great! I am new to the area so I was nervous about finding a new hairdresser and risking paying alot for service I did not like, but Jasmine did a fantastic job on my hair. She took the time to converse with me about what I was looking for, what would work for my hair type, and suggesting/testing out products on me for my unique hair needs.
