I went in with a picture and the man said he could do it. The shape was uneven, the nails on my right hand were longer then the left. The ombre was not good and the leaf design was not at all like the picture.. they were so rough filing the "shape" that my finger tips still hurt almost 6 hours later. And with every hesitation I had they kept saying it's pretty it's pretty.

My usual nail tech was booked.. so I had to search elsewhere, I booked an appointment because i have to arrange child care in order to come to these type of appointments. I paid $60 for streaky nails, manicure is not the best, overall just a poor job . I should have mentioned something in person but I was already in a rush to get back home as I had to wait time for a booked appointment. I don't like posting negative reviews but very unsatisfied given the amount paid.
