Although Beauty World has nice items, they need to re-train the young cashier in the area of basic customer service skills because she allowed someone to walk right in the store in front of me and skip the line. She didn’t apologize but acted like nothing happened. I was going to spend more but after that, I had them to put one costly item back and bought what I needed. I visited on 9/15/26 between 5:15-5:30pm.

I will never go here again. I literally walked in to buy bundles and mind you I did not ask for prices no nothing I was just looking at bundles. She’s gonna say we have “ this if you can afford it “ …… MIND YOU I would have paid whatever LOLLLLLLLLLLLLL is it because I’m black ????? WOULD NOT recommend this place

Stop spending money with people who do not respect you. I don’t understand how businesses such as this, thrive when they have no idea of basic knowledge of black hair care products. They are so rude, and have a hard time listening to what you’re asking for. If I have to educate you on a product that you’re selling and you can’t point to a product that’s comparable to a discontinued product or just give a straight answer, then you don’t need to catering to the black community.
