Purchased a wig I thought I liked, I paid to get the lace cut and colored. When I got home I realized it wasn’t the wig I had originally picked out so I called to see if they can replace it. They told me to come back so I did and when I went in they said they can’t replace it because I paid to get the lace cut and colored.
