Every time I get my hair done with there stuff it always eats
Bad customer service, the hair is terrible. I would suggest going elsewhere.
They were so nice and helpful to me. I had no idea what I was looking for and needed and the sales member Ellie was kind and informative with everything I needed.
On February 25th at 12:39 PM, I visited this establishment to get Goddess braids and assistance selecting the right hair. The salesperson sold me straight hair and assured me that it would curl when wet, fully knowing that this was incorrect. When I arrived at the salon, I discovered that I had been given the wrong hair. I called the store at 3:21 PM, and not only was the woman on the phone irate and irrational, but she also hung up on me! I called again at 3:59 PM, only to be hung up on by the owner. Is this a joke?
