Had the owner reschedule 2 different appointments. The first one she wasn't on time to even though she had rescheduled to that time. I had paid the full amount online for 1 1/2 hrs. She was late and only did an hour of work. This time I only paid the required deposit because I wasn't going to chance her rescheduling AGAIN and me losing the full amount paid. She called at 10:40 am to reschedule my 11 am appointment. I was already on my way by that point because I want to make sure Im on time and able to find parking. When I d... read more
