Lexie did my color & cut. They booked me in for a 5pm appointment & I was the last person there when we finished so not sure if they rushed but still not okay. The color was fine but I showed her a picture in the beginning of the layers I wanted & advised her specifically not to cut any length off. I showed her a pic to be clear she was capable of doing what I wanted and she said she was however she ended up cutting off all my hair.
