Horrible experience!! No one greeted me when I walked in, instead one of the workers looked at me with a nasty expression like why am I there…I said I have a hair appointment. She pretended not to understand English. Walked away and continued a conversation in her language. The stylist was with another customer and it looked like she had only started, which means it would be a very long wait. I was ignored. Unacceptable! You just lost a potential regular client! Beauty Town in Sunnyside is an institution –I have been going since 2018 and there’s no one I trust more with my hair than Leyla. She’s a miracle worker. She will not sacrifice integrity and results for convenience. She is absolutely amazing! Zaida constantly delivers with excellent service. I usually request for pedicures. Zaida goes the extra mile with a gentle massage. She is incredible! Their entire team is composed of powerhouse beauty professionals. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
