I had an absolutely terrible experience at this salon. I requested a balayage with a dark base and chocolate brown highlights, explicitly stating multiple times that I did not want any blonde tones. Despite my clear instructions, the stylist did the complete opposite—she bleached my hair, which not only destroyed my natural curl pattern but also left me with a patchy, unblended mess. What’s the point of making an appointment, only one person is available with multiple bookings at the same time. Waited for one hour, do not recommend to anyone.
