Amazing shopping experience. I was greeted with a smile and asked if there was anything they could help me find. Didn’t know about this beauty supply but I will definitely be back and only giving business to this store. It’s so clean and organized and again top tier customer service.
Upon entering the store, I was not greeted and was instead met with “you need help with hair,” which came across as unwelcoming. Additionally, the sale items were not priced correctly. I mentioned this to the cashier, who assured me it would be fixed, but when I checked my receipt once I got home I was still overcharged by $2. While it’s not worth the hassle of returning, it was disappointing. On top of that, there is a convenience fee for using a card even though in 2025, card payments are the standard for most customers.
When I tell you these ladies are the sweetest. Everything is nice and neat they have all my products. I even found an African net sponge here they are great for exfoliating and clearing up hyperpigmentation all over the body they even have an all natural turmeric soap that smells so good. LOVE THIS PLACE 🩷 #BLACKGIRLMAGIC
