Thanks to SJ, I discovered a new holy grail product! They didn't have my usual Unite heat protectant spray so she recommended the highly popular KMS Therma Shape, and I couldn't be happier. It's more affordable and it works great. I even went back to show her the result 🤣

Really appreciate the help from the employee and her supervisor when I last bought a keratin hair mask. They were both very thorough with their product recommendations. It's a smaller location compared to others' in the GTA, so they may not have as much in stock. That said my experiences with staff have always been stellar. To anyone visiting or living in Bloor West, I'd highly recommend stopping by.

I have been having some difficulty with my hair thinning greatly. I've spent too much in ordering products to help. I asked help from a friend stylist but her suggestions of products also have failed. I decided to go to the Beauty Supply Outlet for help. I have been here many times in the past. The owner insisted that I should try Nioxin. I have spoken to individual who had used Nioxin and indicated that once they stopped their hair fell out a great deal more.
