Very rude over phone on multiple occasions when asking about a product availability, I work at another beauty retail and have sent a few customers there for products my store does not carry to check. Only to have them return 5 minutes later saying one of their male staff members “treated her like she was dumb” for asking for a product that wasn’t overly produced anymore, this lady was an older stylist and was fully licensed in hair.
