Today was my first time at a salon in almost 20 years. I noticed everytime I went no one listened to what I actually asked for & took my appointment as a blank canvas. I found it was more convenient mentally & physically to learn a few quick tutorials with a cosmetology class in highschool to keep my hair at bay. The hair stylists from Barrie Supercuts on Bayfield were recently relocated to this store, I've been going to them for years and intend on following them down to this location, they’ve always been friendly and welcoming. It's very odd that there's practically no online advertisement that this store provides haircut or salon services, and the only physical mention is a single neon sign in the store window. On the bright side, there seems to be plenty of availability for bookings until there's more publicity about the services... read more

I recently visited the Beauty Supply Outlet and had an incredible experience thanks to Melanie. I came in with severely damaged hair, feeling hopeless after seeing the high prices at various salons.
