I came here to get an ombre done on my hair. Generally, I am skeptical since I do have dark hair and a lot of it and get turned down just from that but Maria did not! My hair did not burn or get damaged like I thought it would because of my dark hair. She told me how to care for my hair and what products she recommends for my new ombre. While making this appointment, there were already a lot of red flags I chose to ignore just to humor the fact that we are all human and stuff happens from time to time. Never will I be that naive again…When I called three weeks ago, I was greeted with a “hello” which then was accompanied by a hair dryer on the other end of the line. I informed the woman on the other end that I couldn’t hear anything, and then there was a hang up. Luckily, there was a call back after without a hair dryer in the background, thank goodness.
