I called to book an appointment to get my hair dyed. I called ahead to describe exactly what | wanted, they said they could do it, and confirmed an appointment for 12. And then I get there at 12, a $20 uber ride later, for them to tell me they can't do it and that they can give me highlights if I want. No I don't want highlights I want what I described, what you had agreed upon. Disappointed is an understatement.
Yesterday was the first time visiting this salon, I came in for a brow wax. Lee took me in right away. She listened to what I wanted and within 15 minutes I was out the door and very happy with the quality of the brow shaping and service overall. I will return, thank you Lee!
