Abigail is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and makes sure you understand the process, what to expect for your visit and what to expect for piercings to heal. She is kind, caring and welcoming. The experience with her was so far above and beyond what we expected. She truly cares about her clients and their experience.
So wonderful! My 5 year old got her ears pierced and Abigail went above and beyond to make her comfortable. (We even accidentally knocked over a stand of tiny earrings everywhere and she made us feel like it was no big deal all while cleaning them off the floor). My daughter was a little nervous but Abigail put her at ease and she is all smiles now!! Thank you.
