That woman butchered my hair. I asked to keep long layers, not choppy — and i got choppy, short, uneven layers all over. I had to go to another salon today to have it corrected and he showed me just how uneven the cut was. Yesterday, I had hair down to my waist. Today, my hair is too short to pull back — but at least it’s a good cut. Worse yet — she argued with me when I pointed out that she did exactly what I didn’t want. Terrible experience and customer service.
They are all super nice! Alba, Rosa and Doris are all great. You can do your manicure and pedicure, while practice your Spanish... They are very patient. Great spot. Anytime is a good time. The owner is Korean and is also super sweet.
Susan is a great hairstylist!! I'm usually nervous when any new stylist attempts to cut my "curly hair" but, I didn't feel that way with Susan cutting my hair! Not only did she do a fantastic job, she gave me a lot of pointers on how to wash my hair! I'm a customer for life! Thank you.
