My husband and I have been coming here for facials and massages for the past 4 years, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. The staff are always warm, professional, and attentive, and they truly make us feel cared for. We are so grateful for their excellent service and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I came in for a facial and the experience itself was fine. However, at the end, they handed me some lotion and facial cleansers and told me to use them. They didn’t mention any cost, so I assumed it was part of the service. I later saw I was charged an extra $40 for the products without clear consent. This felt misleading and left a bad impression.
Great place to get your pores cleaned. Will come back in the future! :)
