Went in for BareMinerals, I've been buying here for years. BareMinerals changed their original foundation # system, not Ultra's fault. It took me quite a bit to find one to come close in the pro series, then they were out of that one. So started looking in the original which is now Original serum. I tried a variety but the one I knew was going to be right the tester was out. I asked if I could open a new box, I was told no and it had to be ordered. So I left without anything.

Go in the morning right after they open to avoid long checkout lines. Aside from that they have a great selection of products from makeup, to hair, to nail polish, and lots of perfumes. The prices are competitive and the staff is very helpful. Although I've never used it, there is also a beauty parlor in the back half of the store.

My products arrived damaged and Ulta customer service reached out to me directly to refund for the products. I was surprised that the company was so efficient at getting back to me and making this situation right. I did end up purchasing the products and they are amazing !
