They weren't licensed to provide massages, and the massage was terrible. They shortened the massage time and even tried to touch my private parts, which terrified me.

I booked a pregnancy facial appointment through class pass I arrived at the business the door was locked so I called the number on the door the lady told me that they didn’t have tile for me that day. I had a pre booked reservation? Nobody informed me my reservation was cancelled or anything. I drove all the way out there 9 months pregnant for nothing I wasted my time and gas on top of that I didn’t even get my credits back on class pass so they cashed in on those too
