Extremely unprofessional. I booked an online appointment yesterday, paid the $30 deposit, then the owner calls me telling me that the appt time I booked is not available. Well why is it on the site? Anyway. I continue to try to work with her and find alternatives but she texted me at TWELVE AM wanting us to change our appt time to 6p. I was able to get a last-minute appt which I needed badly. Deidre was able to have me walk out looking like a person again.
