Jenn is my go to for a silk press and has helped care for my hair after significant heat damage.
This is the best salon in astoria and a top ten location in NYC. ANGELA and her team will have you looking amazing. They’re patient and they are dedicated - you actually won’t leave until everyone is satisfied with the perfect look. She’s got YEARS of editorial, runway and celebrity experience. She is also an educator and absolute professional. I’ve been going here for years and have never heard or seen a reasonable person leave less than one million percent pleased.
I paid Angela, the owner, $800 and left with my expensive Bellami hair cut into uneven, stringy lengths with thin ends and poorly blended sections. The photos speak for themselves. I immediately contacted her and returned to request a refund, which she refused. Now I have to pay to replace the extensions she cut. Over a thousand dollars of hair. After I privately told her I had cut my sideburns, a review defending her mocked that exact detail and called unhappy clients “scammers.” So immature and disgusting.. She is so luck... read more
