This place is not a serious business. I drove one hour and Vanessa didn't show up or bothered calling to cancel. However, she WILL charge upfront and expedite your payment as soon as you book your appointment.
I have only gotten a few facials in my life but Vanessa is one of the few ppl who I’ve come back to multiple times!
