Gracious I greatly enjoyed my time here. The massage was amazing. I had the Hot Stone Massage and loved it. I arrived about 10 minutes late but had called to let them know and the receptionist was like "no problem, we look forward to seeing you". I appreciated that small token of graciousness.
Awesome place-but not a true "spa" I have to say that the ambience is a bit dreary, but if you are not expecting a true spa feel and go in for great service, you will not be dissapointed-I have been there at least 4 times for massages, bikini wax and manicures. I was never dissapointed. Give them a try!
first time client This was my first time getting a Brazillian wax.I was so scared and worried. I had gone to Yvonne & i am so happy i did. First let me say how clean this place was. She used a brand new stick on me, and every item was cleaned after use. The staff was so friendly, esp. after i told them it was my first time. No wonder this place is so well known for brazillians, it was a breeze, clean, and inexpensive
BEST SPA DAY!!! AMAZING! After reading all of your reviews I am left here wondering if you guys are even talking about the same place. A True Dissapointment This was the worst facial ever. I booked a facial with the extra deep cleansing and extractions instead of $65 it was $85. She literally left the room for 20 minutes twice! Spent literally 2 minutes on extractions and I said you're going to do more and she said no that's it. I got there at 11:30 and left by 12:15. Ridiculous! Waiting room from Hell... While waiting for my pregnant wife to get a Brazilan - the waiting room had an eerie feeling of dread similar to waiting outside the Principals's office or detention hall. The room needs a new rug, a chair with a back (not just ottoman's) and a neater magazine rack. Funny enough I saw two women use gift certificates and they BOTH had to pay extra (and were shocked). THEY DOUBLE DIP IN THE WAX POT! The people where nice but my facial was worthless. I left with blackheads in my skin and mask still stuck on my face. THEY DOUBLE DIP IN THE WAX POT! I wanted a brazillian wax, when i asked if they double dip (that means they take the same stick and use it over and over) The owner tried to explain to me the stick never touches ones skin. Beauty Secrets Day Spa is Delightful! I can't believe it! NO pushy salespeople, no irritating staff!! Just a beautiful Vicorian feel & an aroma that sooths the soul!! I had a gift certificate for a facial and a pedicure - talk about heaven!!! No rush jobs here!! Very professional staff! And I learned so much about care for my face!!! Thank you for an experience to remember...I will be back!!
The VERY BEST! I love Beauty Secrets Day Spa! The staff is friendly, attentive and do a great job! I have very bad back and neck problems and their masseuse worked miracles for me! The place is clean and very nicely decorated. I don't know what the other people are talking about. I've had facials and wraps...divine!And in these times of stress...that is where I go to unwind and de-stress!
