I was in a very bad situation given that I tried three places in Sunny Isles Beach that ruined my nails and the last one filed my nail down to the base. I called and spoke to Katya who I have to say is really a great person. She actually listened to my whole story and really cared about my needs. The Beauty Room is truly a one-stop shop for all your beauty needs! I’ve gotten my Russian mani and pedi done here, as well as my lashes and brows, and every service has been amazing. The staff are polite, friendly, and make you feel completely pampered from start to finish. The customer service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I always leave feeling refreshed and beautiful — highly recommend! 💅🏽✨
