I've been getting my wavy hair cut at Beauty Ritual for many years and I have had excellent experiences with all of the stylists! I didn't think it could get better, but I just recently booked with Mary Susi for the first time and she gave me the best haircut I've EVER had (I really mean that). She was patient, listened to my hair story and needs, and was very understanding. She knew exactly how to cut my hair to work with its unique curl pattern and make it look cute. I would HIGHLY recommend Beauty Ritual!

Had been going to Karen for years, and even followed her from her previous salon. Made a scheduling mistake recently and showed up thinking the appointment has been booked properly online, but it had not. This was acknowledged that at the time, however, her response came across as quite unfriendly and dismissive. Sad to see and experience. She is a talented hairdresser, but this was off-putting.
