Had a terrible experience here. Made me wait 30 min, then tried to change my service without notifying me, cut so many corners on the service in general, and then the manager gave me such a bad attitude on the way out. I was quiet through the whole service even though they made me wait so long. The manager is incredibly rude, couldn’t believe they would treat customers that way. They also told 3 other people after me that it would be a 10 min wait and made them wait 30+ min. Very unprofessional. Don’t go here.

Don't know what happened. New owner. Stations dirty. Looked someone left food on the left tray. They station next to me had black something smeared all over. The arms of the chairsvwere nasty. And the pedicure was the worst ever. Not a clean place. Will not go back.

I have never seen this place so dirty, in the years I have been coming here. There is product dust all over the manicuring tables. The tables are flirty. spa chairs end tables are flirty I didn't even want to put my phone down. They even let a customer bring in her dog. That was a service dog. state law says no animals inside salons unless it is a certified service dog. And this dog wasn't. So time to find a new clean

I came right before spring break, the owner was out town, the ladies did such a poor job waxing and charged me $60 per arm. Yes per arm. I’ve been wanting to call back to talk to the owner but they won’t transfer me. I don’t care to get anything back I won’t return but wanted to let the owner know how poorly the service and the money they charged was a scam.
