Do not come here, if you want terrible service.I showed the stylist a picture (balayage) said she could do it,went home and my hair was orange and just a line a straight cross brown top and orange bottom. Went back the next day to get a refund and the “manager” who “owns it” starts yelling at me saying they won’t give me my money back because my hair was the issue. I asked to speak to a higher up personal and she said he was the owner. She proceeds to say she will give me my money back but they will have to dye my hair back ... read more
