I have been going to Raphael since I was 10, he is one of the most professional hairstylist I have met and he is always able to not only fix anything I have done to my hair but has also always made sure I leave the salon happy with my hair and my wallet The care I see him give all the elderly ladies that come in makes me surprised to see any negative reviews, in the many years I have been a regular customer I can say I have never seen anyone leave unsatisfied in his work or his customer service

Had a consultation with Raphael and a cut! Known him for a long time. He always has a way of fixing my mess ups with my hair. There is a sign in his salon that says, "this is a comb, not a magic wand". Well Raphael himself is the wizard!

I had the worst experience w Raphael. I am a senior citizen who has been locked in due to the pandemic. I was looking forward to getting my haircut finally but Raphael was upset with me because I would not get my hair colored, he had slotted extra time for color even though I said I only wanted a cut, so he mean spiritedly chopped my hair up.
