If you don't mind spending money at a business with terrible customer service, this is the store for you. Great selection of items for hair and beauty needs, but it was difficult to distinguish employees from other shoppers due to a VERY relaxed dress code and the fact no one offered any assistance until they heard me say that I'll spend my money somewhere else. I went to purchase a unit (wig) yesterday and I asked the lady behind the counter was all the wigs human she replied yes well that was a big fat lie I took this unit home to install and I got Barbie’s playhouse wig it’s clearly A mixed blend and it matted up with water and it’s supposedly wet and wavy I tried to contact them and the number is disconnected so I contacted the sister property who contacted the manager and she denied me an exchange I wasn’t even asking for a refund because I know typically they wouldn’t give it ... read more
I drive from Williamsburg just to come here and spend no less than an hour. Having lived in Jacksonville for 7 years with the biggest beauty supply stores, this has to be one of the nicest beauty supply stores in the surrounding area from Richmond to Portsmouth.
Did anyone find a drivers license at this store today? I think I lost it here.
